ISO 9001 Information
ISO 9001 works as a guideline to build a Quality Management System (QMS) that provides a foundation to better customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement.
It can be used by any organization, large or small, public or private, regardless of its field of activity. Since its first introduction in 1987, over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries have certified to ISO 9001.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) does not provide certification or conformity assessment. You need to contact an external certification body for getting certified.
As an accredited organism, in Qetkra we follow CASCO standards (Committee on Conformity Assessment) in order to guarantee the trust and transparency of our Q-Seal.
